Job summary

PT Unimotor Technology Indonesia in Kendal Industrial Park, Central Java, seeks an EXIM Supervisor to oversee export-import operations and lead the EXIM team toward smooth daily functions.

You will manage customs documentation (BC 2.3, 4.1, 4.0, 2.5) and coordinate with PPJK, forwarders, Customs, suppliers and internal departments to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 or Bachelor's degree in management, logistics, business or related fields.
• At least 3 years of EXIM experience with 1 year in a supervisory/coordination role.
• Strong knowledge of export-import processes and customs regulations.
• Experience handling customs documents such as BC 2.3, BC 4.1, BC 4.0 and BC 2.5.
• Familiarity with CEISA, INSW or similar customs platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.

EXIM Supervisor position at PT Unimotor Technology Indonesia, located in Kendal Industrial Park (KEK), Central Java. The role involves overseeing export-import operations, managing customs documentation, and supervising the EXIM team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities :

Supervise, coordinate, and evaluate EXIM team performance to ensure smooth daily operations

Handle and manage customs documents such as BC 2.3, BC 4.1, BC 4.0, BC 2.5, and other customs-related documents

Supervise IT Inventory management and related reporting

Coordinate effectively with PPJK, forwarders, Customs, suppliers, and internal departments

Ensure customs compliance, document control, and export-import administration

Requirements :

Minimum D3/Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management, Logistics, Business, or related fields

Minimum 3 years of experience in EXIM, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or coordinator position

Strong understanding of export-import processes, customs regulations, and related procedures

Experienced in handling customs documents such as BC 2.3, BC 4.1, BC 4.0, BC 2.5, and other customs-related documents

Familiar with customs systems and applications such as CEISA, INSW, or similar platforms

Strong knowledge of customs compliance, document control, and export-import administration

Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

Detail-oriented, responsible, disciplined, and able to work under targets and deadlines

Able to communicate in English, both written and verbal

Previous experience working in a Special Economic Zone (SEZ), particularly in Kendal Industrial Park, is highly preferred
