Job summary

PT Maha Harmoni Logistik is seeking a STAFF DOC & CS EXPORT (FREIGHT FORWARDING) to manage export documentation and freight coordination. You will handle invoices, tracking, and communications with clients and partners, ensuring efficient shipping from origin to destination.

The role requires 2+ years in freight forwarding, familiarity with FCL/LCL, and English/Indonesian communication. Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred; strong organizational and proactive teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/D3 or Bachelor's in logistics, transportation, or international trade.
• 2+ years in freight forwarding.
• FCL and LCL shipment familiarity.
• Understanding of sea and air freight processes for export.
• Knowledge of customs regulations and export docs.
• Ability to communicate in English and Indonesian.
• Proficiency with office software.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage export documents (invoices, packing lists, B/L, airway bill, origin cert).
• Book cargo space with shipping lines to ensure transport solutions.
• Coordinate cargo pickup and transport to POL/POD.
• Verify vendor invoices and submit cost info to billing.
• Monitor shipments in real-time and provide status updates.
• Maintain good relationships with partners and customers; resolve issues.
• Demonstrate dedication to exceptional service and client satisfaction.
