Job summary

PSA BDP in Indonesia is seeking a Freight Forwarding Coordinator to ensure export/import documents are processed completely, accurately and timely. You will coordinate shipments via air, sea and land, and prepare invoices, packing lists and bills of lading.

The role requires 2+ years in freight forwarding or logistics, a Diploma, and strong communication in English; Mandarin is a plus. You will work with warehouse and operations teams to ensure compliance and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

2+ years in freight forwarding or logistics.
Diploma or equivalent required.
Good written and spoken communication in English; Mandarin is a plus.
Meticulous and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor shipments via air, sea, and land transportation.
Prepare and process shipping documentation such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and bills of lading.
Track shipment status and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and operations teams to ensure smooth logistics execution.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and international shipping regulations.
Maintain accurate shipment records and update data in logistics systems/platforms.
Assist in resolving operational issues related to shipments and delivery schedules.
