Job summary

PT Maha Harmoni Logistik is seeking a STAFF DOC & CS EXPORT (FREIGHT FORWARDING) to manage export documentation and freight coordination. You will handle invoices, tracking, and communications with clients and partners, ensuring efficient shipping from origin to destination.

The role requires 2+ years in freight forwarding, familiarity with FCL/LCL, and English/Indonesian communication. Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred; strong organizational and proactive teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

STAFF DOC & CS EXPORT (FREIGHT FORWARDING)

1. Create and manage export document including commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L),

Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin and supporting legal documents.

2. Ensure efficient transportation solutions by booking cargo space with shipping lines.

3. Coordinate cargo pickup and arrange transportation to the Port of Loading (POL) / Port of Discharge (POD).

4. Ensure accurate and timely payments by verifying vendor invoices and submitting cost information to the billing team.

5. Monitor shipments in real-time using tracking systems, address potential issues, and provide regular status updates to clients.

6. Build efficient communication with external and internal partners, as well as customers, to guarantee smooth transportation arrangements and prompt issue resolution.

7. Maintain good customer relationships by engaging in problem-solving, demonstrating dedication to exceptional service, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirement:

1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree, preferably in logistics, transportation, or international trade. High school/vocational school graduates are also welcome to apply.

2. Minimum 2 year of experience in Freight Forwarding.

3. Familiar with FCL and LCL shipments.

4. Understanding of sea and air freight shipping processes and procedures export, especially FCL and LCL.

5. Understanding of customs regulations and required documentation for export.

6. Ability to communicate effectively in English and Indonesian.

7. Proficiency in operating computers and office applications.
