Responsibilities

• Receive inquiries from shippers and overseas partners.
• Process new shipments from the sales team and prepare quotations.
• Prepare documentation including BL, CIPL, AMS/ACI, and SEDs; file and track releases.
• Coordinate bookings with co-loaders/carriers and update vessel schedules.
