Job summary

PT. SAIRA FAZAL INDONESIA is seeking an Export Shipping & Documentation Executive to manage export cargo transport, document handling, and shipment coordination from staging to delivery.

You will liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, EMKL, and warehouses to ensure timely booking and compliant documentation. The candidate should have at least 4 years in export shipments, strong knowledge of Indonesian export procedures, and familiarity with PEB, NPE, COO, and certificates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in export shipping/documentation
• Strong knowledge of Indonesia export procedures
• Experience with PEB, NPE, COO, Phytosanitary, Health Certificate and shipping documents
• Familiar with shipping lines, trucking, freight forwarders, and export booking

Responsibilities

• Arrange trucking and transportation for export cargo
• Book containers with shipping lines
• Handle export documents and shipment coordination
• Process PEB, NPE, COO, Phytosanitary Certificate, Health Certificate, DO, Invoice, and Packing List
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, EMKL, warehouses, and related parties
• Monitor shipment status and ensure timely completion of export documentation
