Job summary

TUJUH BENUA GLOBAL in Jakarta is seeking an Export-Import Compliance Specialist with at least 1 year of experience to handle end-to-end export and import processes in accordance with applicable regulations.

You will prepare and review documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, PEB), coordinate with internal teams, customs officers, forwarders, and clients, and manage submissions through INSW, CEISA, and other customs systems while monitoring regulatory updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Export-Import or Customs Compliance.
• Strong knowledge of export-import documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, PEB).
• Familiar with INSW, CEISA, and customs systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end export and import processes in compliance with applicable regulations
• Prepare and review export-import documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties (customs, forwarders, surveyors, clients) for smooth operations
• Manage and submit documentation through INSW, CEISA, and other customs systems
• Monitor regulatory updates and ensure company compliance with customs requirements
• Identify potential compliance risks and provide recommendations for mitigation
• Support audits and maintain proper documentation records
