Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Forestry or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Performance Management, or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of PDCA, Lean, Kaizen and Root Cause Analysis.
• Experience leading improvement projects from problem ID to implementation and evaluation.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional knowledge sharing and learning initiatives.

Job description

We are a leading forestry company based in Jambi and are seeking an experienced Expert MBOS Forestry to drive continuous improvement initiatives, strengthen project management practices, facilitate Cross Sharing & Cross Learning (CSCL) programs, cascade strategic KPIs across the organization, and enhance performance monitoring through KPI dashboards and competitiveness index implementation throughout the Jambi region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement and project management initiatives across the organization.
• Drive Cross Sharing & Cross Learning (CSCL) programs to promote best practice adoption and organizational learning.
• Cascade corporate strategic KPIs into functional, departmental, and operational performance indicators.
• Monitor and evaluate KPI achievement through dashboards, data analysis, and performance reporting.
• Analyze operational performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous enhancement of organizational competitiveness indices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Forestry, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Business Improvement, Performance Management, or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, including PDCA, Lean, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Proven experience leading improvement projects from problem identification and root cause analysis through implementation and evaluation.
• Extensive experience facilitating cross-functional knowledge sharing and learning initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in KPI monitoring, performance analysis, and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability with a results-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of business processes within the Industrial Plantation Forest (HTI) and/or Pulp & Paper Industry is highly desirable.
• Willing to be based in Tanjung Jabung Barat, Jambi (remote area).
