Job summary

Golden Agri Resources in Jakarta is seeking an Agronomy Improvement professional to identify and analyze areas for enhancement, design solutions to boost productivity, and manage improvement projects from planning to performance evaluation.

You will oversee project execution, coordinate with plantation stakeholders, and ensure knowledge transfer from each initiative for on-ground success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience as an Agronomy Assistant.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with good communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in plantation operational environments.

Job Description
