Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an Experienced Real Estate Agent based in Uluwatu, Bali, with strong local market knowledge and a proactive sales mindset. You must be Bali-based, expat-friendly, with 2+ years in property sales, fluent in English, and capable of networking with clients and vendors.

Your duties include listing properties, generating leads, organizing viewings, counseling clients on market conditions and pricing, and guiding sales from negotiation to closing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in property sales or related field.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Local Bali market knowledge and expat-friendly understanding.
• Own vehicle (motorbike or car) and valid license.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company in the Uluwatu/Bali area.
• Monitor the market and network with clients and vendors.

• Bali based, Expat living in the Uluwatu area with good area knowledge.
• 2+ years of experience in property sales or a related field.
• Local expertise in the Bali real estate market.
• Fluent in English verbal and written. Other languages are a plus.
• Highly motivated and target oriented.
• Highly organized with strong communication and networking skills.
• Computer savvy.
• Team player.
• Own vehicle motorbike or car + drivers license.
