Job summary

All Access Solutions is seeking a skilled EXIM Supervisor to manage daily export-import activities within the Bonded Zone. You will ensure compliance with DJBC regulations, coordinate with customs and forwarders, and lead the EXIM team to timely, accurate documentation.

The role requires 3–5 years in EXIM, familiarity with bonded inventory, and strong leadership and communication abilities. English is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management or International Business.
• 3–5 years of EXIM experience, preferably in manufacturing/logistics.
• Experience in Kawasan Berikat/Bonded Zone is required.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs and export-import procedures.
• Experience with bonded inventory reconciliation and customs documentation.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• English proficiency required; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily export-import activities within the Kawasan Berikat/Bonded Zone.
• Ensure all EXIM transactions and documentation comply with DJBC/customs regulations and SOPs.
• Monitor customs clearance, shipment schedules, and movement of goods into and out of the Bonded Zone.
• Control and reconcile bonded inventory between physical stock, system records, and customs documentation.
• Prepare and review import/export and customs documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with Customs, freight forwarders, suppliers, customers, warehouse, production, and other departments.
• Handle customs inspections, audits, and resolve documentation or inventory discrepancies.
• Supervise, assign, and evaluate the EXIM team's daily activities.
• Prepare EXIM, customs, and inventory reports for management.
• Identify operational and compliance risks and recommend process improvements.
