Job summary

PT Dexter Eurekatama (Dexter Cargo) is seeking an experienced freight forwarding professional to manage import shipments and liaise with overseas agents, ensuring timely movement from departure to delivery.

The candidate should hold a D3/S1 in Transport Management and have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within freight forwarding. Knowledge of export/import documents, PIB/PEB/BC 23 is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Transport Management or related field.
• 2+ years in a similar role in a freight forwarding company.
• Solid understanding of freight forwarding processes including sea, air, land operations, and customs clearance.
• Familiarity with documents such as bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list.
• Experience with Export & Import Documents and PIB/PEB/BC 23.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with overseas agents and consignors to manage import shipments.
• Monitor and follow up shipments from departure to delivery to recipients.
• Check import documents for customs processing and compliance.
• Draft shipping and customs documents as required.
• Create adjustment manifests and daily reports.
