Job summary

PZ Cussons is seeking an EXIM Senior Manager to oversee export and import operations for our FMCG business in Indonesia. You will manage end-to-end processes, ensure compliance, optimize costs, and work with 3PL partners.

The role requires 5+ years in export-import management, strong knowledge of trade regulations, and leadership to mentor the EXIM team. Proficiency in SAP and shipping documentation is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in export-import management, preferably FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of international trade compliance and customs regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in SAP and trade management software.
• Knowledge of warehouse management, transportation, and inventory control.
• Leadership abilities with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• EXIM certification or relevance is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end export and import processes, including documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with global trade regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize international logistics cost, time, and service levels.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies to ensure smooth cargo movements.
• Monitor changes in trade policies and regulations to ensure company compliance.
• Lead and mentor the EXIM team, setting performance goals and driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and finance teams to align EXIM operations with business objectives.
• Handle risk management related to trade operations, including managing tariffs, duties, and trade disputes
