Job summary

PZ Cussons Indonesia is seeking an EXIM Senior Manager to oversee export and import operations, ensuring compliant, cost-efficient international trade supporting FMCG growth and coordinating with 3PL partners.

You will lead the EXIM team, manage end-to-end documentation and regulatory adherence, negotiate with customs brokers, and align trade activities with sales, supply chain and finance to drive performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, international trade, or related field.
• 5+ years in export-import management, preferably FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of international trade compliance and customs regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end export and import processes, including documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with global trade regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize international logistics cost, time, and service levels.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies to ensure smooth cargo movements.
• Monitor changes in trade policies and regulations to ensure company compliance.
• Lead and mentor the EXIM team, setting performance goals and driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and finance teams to align EXIM operations with business objectives.
• Handle risk management related to trade operations, including managing tariffs, duties, and trade disputes.
