Job summary

3M HEALTHCARE in Indonesia is seeking an Account Executive (Exhibitions & Events) to drive sales of exhibition spaces and sponsorships, manage relationships with exhibitors and partners, and coordinate end-to-end participation from onboarding to on-site delivery.

You will prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, work with operations, marketing and design teams, and provide on-site support at events while pursuing repeat business through excellent service.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Events Management, or related field.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Sell exhibition booths, sponsorship packages, and related event services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, and partners.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients before, during, and after events.
• Understand client objectives and recommend suitable exhibition solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, design) to ensure successful event delivery.
• Assist clients with booth selection, setup requirements, and event logistics.
• Attend exhibitions and provide on-site support to clients.
• Gather feedback and identify opportunities for repeat business.
