Job summary

United Creative in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead client accounts and event projects from brief to post-event evaluation.

You will translate briefs into clear internal plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage client communications, meetings, and proposals. The role requires strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills with a willingness to work onsite during events, including occasional evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in account management, event agency, brand activation, or integrated marketing agency.

Responsibilities

• Lead client accounts and event projects from briefing to post-event evaluation.
• Translate client briefs into internal project briefs, timelines, deliverables, responsibilities, and action plans.
• Lead client communication, meetings, presentations, proposals, project updates, and follow-up discussions.
• Prepare minutes of meeting and track feedback, decisions, deadlines, and next actions.
• Coordinate creative, production, vendors, finance, and support teams to meet project requirements.
• Manage internal procedures, approvals, documentation, purchase requests, vendor requirements, contracts, and invoicing coordination.
• Develop proposals and presentation decks for pitching, project development, and client presentations.
• Monitor project scope, quotations, budgets, profitability, and changes affecting costs.
• Manage client expectations, approvals, revisions, scope changes, and project risks in execution.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat projects, upselling, networking, and account growth.
