VinFast is seeking an Executive Successor to join our regional leadership team and drive Southeast Asia market expansion across Indonesia or the Philippines, leading sales growth, dealer network development, and commercial excellence.

You will partner with senior leaders on strategic initiatives, shape multi-market operations, and develop leadership capabilities to prepare for broader regional and C-level responsibilities as the business scales.

Qualifikationen

Overview:

We are looking for a high-potential Executive Successor to join our regional leadership team and support the company’s continued market expansion across Southeast Asia. This role will drive sales growth, dealer/distributor network development, and commercial excellence across Indonesia or the Philippines, while building the capabilities required to lead new markets and regional business units as the organization continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional sales & network development strategies.
• Drive sales performance, market expansion, and dealer/distributor network growth.
• Lead dealer/distributor performance, capability development, and operational excellence.
• Identify and support new market opportunities and business expansion initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen market execution and resolve critical business issues.
• Work closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and executive leadership development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry, with strong exposure to Sales, Commercial, Dealer/Distributor Management, or Network Development.
• Proven track record in a senior leadership position, such as CEO, DCEO, Managing Director, General Director, Commercial Director, Sales Director, or equivalent.
• Strong experience in managing dealer/distributor networks, sales operations, market expansion, and commercial performance.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale teams and multi-market operations.
• Strong strategic, commercial, and business leadership capabilities, with a track record of driving growth and market expansion.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated potential and ambition to take on broader regional and C-level leadership responsibilities as the business expands.
