Qualifications

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and manages employees; oversees pastry shift operations.
• Coordinates activities of pastry cooks and staff.
• Leads by example and communicates performance expectations.
• Ensures product quality and sanitary standards are met.
• Develops pastry menus and decor for displays.
