Marriott International is seeking an Executive Chef to lead daily kitchen operations at Four Points by Sheraton in Makassar, Indonesia. The role requires hands-on culinary leadership, menu development, and strong focus on food quality, cost management, and guest satisfaction.

Candidate should possess extensive experience in Chinese cuisine, banquet production, and how to manage large-scale events while maintaining exceptional standards of service and safety.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required with 6 years in culinary, food and beverage, or related area.
• Or a 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 4 years in culinary/food and beverage.
• Well-experienced in Chinese cuisine, banquet production, and kitchen operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead kitchen operations and supervise cooks and staff.
• Set performance standards and monitor staff performance.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and high-quality food production across all kitchen areas.
• Develop menus and control food costs.
• Coordinate with banquet and event teams for large-scale functions.
• Provide training and development for kitchen staff.
