Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef in high-volume catering or luxury hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in menu costing, inventory control, and P&L management.
• Culinary degree or certification from a recognized institution.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and diverse banquet menus for banquets, weddings, corporate events, and private parties.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of kitchen staff to foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Oversee kitchen operations including inventory management, procurement, and cost control to meet budget targets.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations (HACCP and local codes).
