Qualifications

• Diploma in Culinary Arts required; culinary degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills essential for a luxury hotel kitchen.
• Solid knowledge of Western cuisine, HACCP, kitchen operations and F&B service standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and consistency of all food served in the hotel across all dining venues.
• Train and deliver food quality to guests in line with Langham brand standards and LHW goals.
• Supervise kitchen prep shifts and ensure compliance with F&B policies and procedures.
• Maintain purchasing, receiving and storage standards for food products.
• Ensure compliance with local health regulations and safety standards.
• Interact with guests and vendors; participate in up-selling wedding menus and other events.
