Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as similar position in Luxury Hotel or Premium Restaurants.
• Good understanding of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point).
• Diploma is required; degree in Culinary management is preferable.
• Ability to develop special Chinese menus for functions.
• Knowledge of food cost and costing.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• Team player with positive attitude and ability to motivate the team.
