**Execution Import Document Staff**## **Job Responsibilities*** Manage and execute import documentation processes, including preparation, review, verification, and filing of import-related documents.* Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of import documents with applicable international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company procedures.* Review and verify import documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading/airway bills, certificates of origin, customs documents, and other supporting documents.* Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, shipping agents, and internal stakeholders to ensure the timely processing of import shipments and documentation.* Monitor the status and progress of import shipments and related documentation and follow up on outstanding documents or issues.* Support the preparation and submission of documents required for customs clearance and import activities.* Identify and follow up on discrepancies, incomplete documents, or potential issues that may affect the import process.* Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation of import activities for tracking, reporting, audit, and compliance purposes.* Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the availability of required information and documents for import transactions.* Assist in monitoring logistics activities and shipment schedules to support smooth and timely import operations.* Maintain effective communication and professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved in import and logistics activities.* Prepare routine reports and provide updates regarding the status of import documentation and shipments.* Ensure all import documentation activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.* Perform other duties and responsibilities related to import documentation and logistics activities as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.## **Job Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Logistics, Management or a related field.* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience are preferred.* Good knowledge of international trade regulations, customs regulations, and import procedures.* Good understanding of import documentation and customs clearance processes.* Ability to prepare, review, verify, and maintain import and export documentation accurately.* Good coordination and organizational skills, particularly in managing logistics activities and documentation.* Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies or incomplete documentation.* Good interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.* Good English communication skills, both written and verbal, particularly for handling international correspondence and documentation.* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.* Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.* Able to work under deadlines and manage multiple documentation and logistics activities simultaneously.* High level of integrity, accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail.
