Job summary

RELX International Enterprise HK Limited in Batam is seeking a seasoned logistics supervisor to lead end-to-end import/export operations. You will ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and timely shipments while coordinating with freight forwarders and authorities.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in logistics or supply chain, at least five years in a supervisory role, and fluency in English (Mandarin preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field.
• 5+ years supervisory/managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, customs, tariffs, and shipping docs.
• Fluent English required; Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import and export processes.
• Prepare and verify shipping, customs, and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, government authorities, etc.
• Monitor shipments and resolve delays, documentation issues, and customs problems.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and prepare regular performance reports.
