Responsibilities

• Set up and break down catering stations, buffets, and dining areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, service areas, and equipment.
• Adhere strictly to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, ensuring they are properly cleaned and stored.
