Female Daily Network is seeking a Project Lead for FDXBeauty activities and Signature Events within its Business Units. You will oversee brand activations, custom events, and ensure execution aligns with our standards.

You will lead Event Project Officers and volunteers, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and manage budgets, venues, rundowns, and speakers. This role demands strong leadership, planning, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Event Management or related fields.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to coordinate and manage a team.
• Experience in beauty, exhibition, media, FMCG, agency or brand activation is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record from planning to execution of event projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Event Project Officers and volunteers during planning and execution.
• Decide on event programme, venue, rundowns, MCs, speakers and experts aligned with standards.
• Prepare event budgets and cost management within the internal budget.
• Coordinate with Event Operations, Production, and Technical teams to meet requirements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Community, KOL, and Procurement to support event needs.
• Draft talking points and delegate tasks among team members.
• Submit the Post-Event Report within 7 days after the event.
