Job summary

Female Daily Network is seeking a Project Lead to manage activity programs, brand activations, and custom events within its Business Unit. You will act as the key decision maker for planning, preparation, and execution.

You will lead a team of Event Project Officers, coordinate with Event Operations, Production, and Marketing, and manage costs to meet internal budgets and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Event Management, Project Management, Brand Activation, or related field.
• Proven leadership ability to lead, coordinate, and manage a team.
• Proven experience in leading event projects from planning through execution.
• Strong project management, decision making, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Event Project Officers and volunteers during planning and execution of events.
• Provide and evaluate options for venues, rundowns, concepts, MCs, speakers, and experts that align with standards.
• Prepare and manage event costs within the Internal Event Budget.
• Coordinate with Event Operations, General Affairs, Production, and Technical teams to meet requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support event needs from Marketing, Community, KOL, and Procurement.
• Prepare talking points and distribute tasks among Event Project Officers.
• Submit the Post-Event Report within 7 days after the event.

Job description

Serve as the Project Lead for activity programs of FDXBeauty Activity and Signature Events under Female Daily Network's Business Unit, including brand activation and custom events. Act as the Key Decision Maker for matters related to program planning, preparation, and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Event Project Officers and occasionally volunteers throughout the planning and execution of events
• Provide and evaluate options for venues, event rundowns, concepts, MCs, speakers, and experts that align with Female Daily Network's standards
• Prepare and manage event costs within the Internal Event RAB/Budget of Female Daily Network
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with relevant event divisions to ensure all event requirements are properly managed, including Event Operations, General Affairs, Production, and Technical teams
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support event requirements, including Marketing, Community, KOL, FD Babes & FD Dudes, and Procurement
• Prepare required talking points, including briefing and distributing tasks/workload among Event Project Officers
• Prepare and submit the Post-Event Report within a maximum of 7 days after the event

About you

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Event Management, Project Management, Brand Activation, or a related field
• Proven experience in leadership level with strong ability to lead, coordinate, and manage a team
• Proven experience in leading and managing event projects from planning through execution
• Strong project management, decision making, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines, timely decision, priorities, and stakeholders
• Good understanding of event production, operations, budgeting, venue management, and event execution
• Experienced in working with a cross-functional team
• Able to develop and review event concepts, rundowns, talking points, and event flow
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure event execution meets Female Daily Network's quality and brand standards
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling tight deadlines, last-minute changes, and multiple projects simultaneously
• Willing to work on-site and outside regular working hours when required for event execution
