Job summary

PT.Innocean Worldwide Indonesia is seeking an experienced Event Planner Manager to translate client needs into creative event concepts and to manage end-to-end projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, prepare compelling proposals and presentations, coordinate timelines, and contribute to new business pitches, with strong English communication and an independent yet collaborative work style. Experience in FMCG, tobacco, or electronics is a plus.

What You’ll Do

Develop creative and engaging event concepts and proposals based on client needs.

Plan and coordinate event projects from concept development through execution.

Work closely with clients, internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Prepare compelling presentations and communicate ideas clearly to clients.

Manage timelines, follow-ups, and project deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Support client servicing, planning, and strategic development across multiple projects.

Contribute to new business pitches and event proposals.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in event planning, BTL, activation, experiential marketing, or a related field.

Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging event concepts.

Strong presentation and communication skills.

Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Experience executing events in FMCG, tobacco, or electronics industries is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, and Excel.
