Job summary

PT Forisa Nusapersada is seeking an Events & Participant Specialist to join our Marketing team in Jakarta. You will plan, coordinate, and execute events, working with partners, communities, media, and external parties to deliver engaging experiences.

You will manage partnerships, coordinate with vendors, handle admin like POs and invoices, monitor results, and support campaign execution through events and collaborations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Events, Event Partnership, Brand Activation, or Marketing.
• Experienced in managing end-to-end events and coordinating with various stakeholders.
• Experience working with vendors, communities, media, or strategic partners.
