Job summary

Rhapsodie Group in Indonesia, Banten is seeking an events coordinator to plan and oversee operations. You will select venues, manage technical setup, coordinate vendors, and handle on-site logistics to ensure a seamless event day.

You will collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and manage registrations, lead staff, troubleshoot issues, and collect feedback for post-event reports, while remaining flexible with schedules including weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any related field.
