Job summary

Lingchung New Energy is seeking a Sales Specialist for EV charging piles based in Jakarta. You will develop the local B2B/B2C market, manage prospects, and drive the sales process through to product delivery.

Responsibilities include prospect screening, pricing discussions, contract review, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely project completion. Fluency in Indonesian and business English or Mandarin is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 education in relevant fields.
• Minimum 2 years of export-import or new energy sales experience.
• Fluent in Indonesian; business English and/or Mandarin is a strong advantage.

Job description

We are seeking a Sales Specialist for EV Charging Pile based in Jakarta, reporting directly to the General Manager. This position is responsible for developing the local B2B/B2C market, managing customer prospects, and overseeing the entire sales process through to product delivery.

Key responsibilities

Develop new energy market in Indonesia, screen potential prospects, and manage customer database

Communicate with customers on pricing quotations, contract review, and oversee delivery, customs, and payment processes

Prepare sales ledger and coordinate with internal teams (R&D, supply chain, after-sales) to ensure timely project completion

Conduct market research on new energy regulations, market prices, and competitor dynamics in Indonesia

Manage daily business correspondence via email and online meetings in English and/or Mandarin

About you

Minimum D3/S1 education (preferably in Electrical Engineering, International Trade, Marketing, or Mandarin/English)

Minimum 2 years of work experience in export-import or new energy sales (EV charging pile, solar/PV, inverter, or energy storage)

Understanding of standard export-import procedures and processes

Fluent in Indonesian; able to communicate in business English and/or Mandarin (strong advantage)

Strong communication, negotiation, and business presentation skills

Ready to work with targets and develop in the green energy industry
