Job summary

Pt Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a critical ERP implementation in Tangerang. You will drive end-to-end lifecycle—from vendor selection to post-go-live support—across finance, HR, supply chain, and operations.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in IT project management with ERP focus, strong leadership, and proficiency in Agile/Waterfall methodologies. This role offers a strategic transformation within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business or related field.
8+ years IT project management with at least 5 years ERP implementation experience.
Proven full lifecycle ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics).
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall; proficient with PM tools (MS Project/Jira).

Responsibilities

Lead ERP planning, execution, and deployment across the organization.
Manage all ERP project phases: requirements, design, config, testing, deployment.
Oversee ERP vendor and partner selection and management.
Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resources.
Ensure clear communication among stakeholders, IT, and vendors.
Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
Lead change management, including training and communications.
Ensure ERP aligns with business objectives and requirements.
Monitor progress and provide updates to senior management.
Oversee post-implementation support and optimization.
