Talent Search Recruitment - Indonesia seeks an ERP Implementation Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP deployment in Klaten, Central Java. The role ensures delivery on scope, schedule, budget, and business alignment.

The candidate should have at least 5 years of ERP project experience within manufacturing or FMCG, with strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication. On-site work Monday to Saturday, with half-day Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of ERP implementation experience.
• Experience with data migration and UAT preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and control of the ERP implementation project from preparation through go-live and post-implementation stabilization.
• Define project scope, implementation timelines, resource allocation, and project deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to gather business requirements and integrate processes into the ERP.
• Conduct business process analysis, mapping, and standardization to align with best practices.
• Manage communication with ERP vendors and external consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure data migration and oversee UAT, training, and go-live activities.
