Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/IS/Management/Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate planning or related position.
• Experience in ERP project implementation for accounting or budgeting functions.
• Ability to lead system implementation and understand system configuration and functional design.
• Ability to identify gaps between existing operations and ERP functionality.
• Ability to coordinate technical teams and system integration vendors.
• Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and risks.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic business planning, budget control, legal matters, government liaison activities, and selected human resources matters.
• Prepare monthly strategic planning reports and recommendations.
• Monitor, analyze, and report the company's monthly performance.
• Serve as a key project member for the end-to-end implementation of the Enterprise Resource Planning system.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for standardization, simplification, and improvement.
• Coordinate with external ERP consultants and internal departments to ensure successful system implementation.
• Manage continuous system enhancements and digitalization initiatives.
• Ensure the ERP system remains aligned with evolving business requirements and organizational growth.
