MatchaTalent is seeking an Assistant Manager for Finance Transformation & Systems to bridge finance, IT, and digital initiatives. You will drive standardization, ERP optimization, and automation across multi-entity operations, translating requirements into system specs and leading ERP projects.

The role emphasizes financial process improvement, SOP development, and advanced reporting using Power BI, with strong collaboration across Finance, IT, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or AIS.
• 4–7 years in accounting/finance transformation.
• 2–3 years in senior or supervisory roles in multi-entity environments.
• Strong understanding of intercompany accounting and financial consolidation.
• Hands-on ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Yonyou).
• Experience with ERP implementation, module enhancement, process mapping, or UAT.
• Advanced Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Power BI, data analytics, or RPA experience is advantageous.
• Excellent project coordination and cross-functional communication skills.
• Professional English proficiency; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
• Able to work independently while coordinating with Finance, IT, and external vendors.

Responsabilités

• Review and standardize finance processes for efficiency and control.
• Develop and document finance SOPs, workflows, and policies across entities.
• Lead ERP and finance system enhancement projects including UAT and implementation.
• Translate finance requirements into functional system specifications for IT/vendors.
• Serve as the liaison between Finance, IT, and business units.
• Support intercompany reconciliation and financial consolidation activities.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual finance processes.
• Build and enhance Power BI dashboards for reporting.
• Support RPA and other digitalization initiatives.
• Monitor system performance and gather user feedback for improvements.
• Drive cross-functional transformation initiatives and adoption of new processes.
