Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking an Assistant Manager – Finance Transformation & Systems in Jakarta to bridge finance operations with IT systems and digital finance initiatives. You will standardize workflows, optimize ERP functionality, and drive automation using Power BI and RPA across multiple entities.

The role demands translating finance needs into system specifications, coordinating with IT and vendors, and leading UAT while delivering robust financial reporting enhancements and data analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field is required.
• 4–7 years in accounting, finance transformation, or finance systems.
• 2–3 years in senior or supervisory role within multi-entity environment would be ideal.

Responsibilities

• Review finance processes for standardization, efficiency, and control improvements.
• Develop and improve finance SOPs, workflows, and process documentation across entities.
• Lead ERP and finance system enhancement projects including requirements gathering, UAT, and implementation.
