Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking an Assistant Manager – Finance Transformation & Systems in Jakarta to bridge Finance, IT, and digital transformation. The role emphasizes standardizing processes, optimizing ERP functionality, and implementing automation across multi-entity operations.

You will translate requirements into system specs, lead ERP projects, coordinate with vendors, and drive reporting improvements using Power BI and RPA solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4–7 years in accounting or finance transformation roles.
• 2–3 years in senior or supervisory capacity preferred.
• Strong knowledge of intercompany accounting and financial consolidation.
• Experience with ERP implementations and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Review finance processes for standardization, efficiency, and control improvements.
• Develop and improve finance SOPs, workflows, and process documentation across entities.
• Lead ERP and finance system enhancement projects, including requirements, mapping, configuration, UAT, and post-implementation reviews.
• Translate finance requirements into functional system specifications for IT teams and vendors.
• Act as liaison between Finance, IT, business units, and external technology providers.
• Support intercompany reconciliation, financial consolidation, data analysis, and management reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual finance processes and improve data accuracy.
• Enhance financial dashboards using Power BI and other BI tools.
• Support RPA and other digitalization initiatives to streamline workflows.
• Monitor system performance and gather user feedback for further improvements.
• Support cross-functional transformation projects and ensure adoption of new processes.
