Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an Assistant Manager - Finance Transformation & Systems to bridge finance operations, IT, and digital transformation. The role focuses on improving finance processes, standardizing workflows, ERP optimization, and automation across multi-entity operations.

You will translate finance requirements into system specifications, support ERP projects, coordinate with IT and external vendors, and lead UAT.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related.
4–7 years in accounting/finance transformation or finance systems.
2–3 years in senior or supervisory roles in multi-entity environments.
Strong understanding of intercompany accounting and financial consolidation.
Hands-on ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Yonyou).
Experience with ERP implementation, UAT, and system improvements.
Advanced Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
Experience with Power BI, data analytics, or RPA is advantageous.
Ability to translate requirements into system solutions.
Excellent project coordination and cross-functional communication.
Professional English proficiency; Mandarin is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Review finance processes for standardization, efficiency, and control improvements.
Develop and improve finance SOPs, workflows, policies, and documentation across entities.
Lead ERP and finance system enhancement projects including requirements, mapping, configuration, UAT, and post-implementation reviews.
Translate finance requirements into functional system specifications for IT and vendors.
Serve as liaison between Finance, IT, business units, and external technology providers.
Support intercompany reconciliation, consolidation, data analysis, and reporting.
Identify opportunities to automate manual finance processes and improve data accuracy.
Develop and enhance financial dashboards using Power BI and BI tools.
Support RPA and other digitalization initiatives for repetitive workflows.
Monitor system performance and gather user feedback for improvements.
Support cross-functional transformation projects and adoption of new processes.
