Job summary

MatchaTalent is partnering with a rapidly growing FMCG group in Indonesia seeking an Assistant Manager – Finance Transformation & Systems. The role bridges finance operations, IT systems, and digital transformation to standardize processes, optimize ERP functionality, and implement automation across multiple entities.

You will translate finance requirements into system specs, coordinate ERP enhancements, and lead UAT while driving reporting improvements via Power BI and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 4–7 years in accounting, finance transformation, or finance systems.
• 2–3 years in senior or supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong understanding of intercompany accounting and consolidation.
• ERP experience: SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalent.
• Experience with ERP implementation, UAT, and process mapping.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into system solutions.
• Fluent English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review finance processes for standardization, efficiency, and control.
• Develop SOPs, workflows, and process documentation across entities.
• Lead ERP and finance system enhancement projects, including UAT.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications for IT/vendors.
• Serve as liaison between Finance, IT, units, and vendors.
• Assist intercompany reconciliation, consolidation, and reporting.
• Identify automation opportunities and improve data accuracy.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and automate finance reporting.
• Support RPA and other digitalization initiatives to streamline workflows.
• Monitor system performance and drive adoption of new processes.
