Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an Partner Growth & Enablement Executive for Implementing Partners in Indonesia. You will bridge our company and ERP partners, helping them grow revenue, knowledge, and successful ERP implementations.

You will collaborate with partners to meet KPIs, provide support and resources, and maintain strategic relationships built on trust and performance. If you enjoy enabling partners to succeed and drive results, this role is for you.

Qualifications

2–5+ years in B2B sales, account or channel/partner management.
Strong understanding of business processes (finance, sales, inventory, manufacturing).
Proven track record in driving revenue through partners or resellers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Analytical and KPI-driven mindset with forecasts and dashboards.
Proactive, organized, with ownership and accountability.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

Drive sales growth through implementing partners and ensure revenue targets and KPIs are met.
Build and execute joint business plans with each partner, aligning goals and strategies.
Review partner pipelines, identify opportunities, and guide deal closures.
Join partners in customer meetings, sales calls, demos to support co-selling and product positioning.
Monitor and report partner sales performance, forecast accuracy, and activity levels.
Collaborate with Partner Manager and internal teams to enable partners for success.
Represent the voice of partners and ensure they have tools and resources to grow.
