Job summary

PT Yonyou Network Indonesia seeks an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead ERP implementations from initiation through go-live and post-support. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure deployments align with business objectives.

The role requires 3–5 years in ERP projects, proficiency with SAP/Oracle NetSuite/Dynamics/Odoo, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• PMP/PRINCE2/ERP certification is a plus.
• Experience with ERP implementations and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects from initiation to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct project kickoff meetings and regular status updates.
• Monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage ERP configuration, customization, integration, testing, and deployment.
• Document business requirements, workflows, and SOPs.
• Oversee UAT, training sessions, and go-live support.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and client relationships.
• Track project KPIs and prepare management reports.
• Coordinate post-implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and governance.
