Job summary

PT Duta Kalingga Pratama is seeking an ERP Project Lead to drive WMS and ERP implementations from initiation to go-live in Jakarta. The role focuses on transforming warehouse, manufacturing, and supply chain processes into efficient system workflows.

You will prepare functional documentation, coordinate with the technical team, and conduct user training with UAT to ensure smooth adoption. Travel for business trips is required for project delivery and post-implementation support to ensure ongoing

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• At least 1 year of experience in ERP implementation (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Experience in WMS implementation is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of warehouse, manufacturing, or supply chain processes.
• Participated in at least one full-cycle implementation project.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of WMS & ERP projects from initiation to go-live.
• Transform warehouse, manufacturing, and supply chain processes into efficient system workflows.
• Prepare functional documentation and coordinate with the technical team.
• Conduct user training and support UAT to ensure smooth system adoption.
• Provide post-implementation support and update project progress in the CRM system.
