Job summary

PT Ukirama Solusi Indonesia is seeking an ERP Implementation Lead to drive end-to-end deployment for diverse clients in Indonesia. You will analyze client processes, configure ERP systems, and lead trainings to ensure effective use of the solution.

You will coordinate with development teams for server setup and deployment, provide ongoing post-implementation support, and create user-friendly guides. A strong background in ERP consulting and a GPA above 3.0 is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Computerized Accounting, Industrial Engineering or related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• 3-5 years of experience in ERP consulting, implementation, or related field.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in project management and interpersonal relations.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and business processes quickly.
• Self-motivated, hardworking, and responsible.
• Willing to be Full WFO in Jakarta (Sudirman).

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire ERP implementation project, from initiation to post-deployment support.
• Identify and analyze clients' business processes and configure them in the ERP system.
• Lead training sessions to ensure client proficiency.
• Provide comprehensive support throughout the implementation and address client needs.
• Create clear documentation and guides for clients.
• Manage clients' transition to new ERP systems and monitor performance after go-live.
• Collaborate with the development team on server setup and deployment.
