Job summary

PT. Arkana Solusi Digital is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP Odoo implementations in Indonesia. You will manage initiatives from initiation through go-live and post-implementation support, serving as the main link between clients, consultants, and developers.

You will gather requirements, define scope and timelines, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time delivery and stakeholder satisfaction within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT consulting or ERP implementation.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP Odoo (functional or technical background is a plus).
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working directly with clients and managing expectations

Familiarity with business processes such as Accounting, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, or HR is an advantage

PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications are a plus

Able to work independently, proactively, and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
