Job summary

PT Yonyou Network Indonesia seeks an ERP SCM consultant to implement and optimize SCM modules for diverse clients. You will collaborate with clients, business users, project managers, and technical teams to drive successful ERP adoption and ongoing system effectiveness.

Responsibilities include analyzing processes, configuring modules, testing, developing training materials, and providing post-go-live support while coordinating with stakeholders across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, information systems, industrial engineering, or related field.
• Experience in ERP implementation, SCM consulting, supply chain, procurement, logistics, or inventory management.
• Good understanding of procurement, inventory, warehouse, sales, distribution, and supply chain processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and client-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel to client locations when required.
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage, particularly for projects involving Chinese-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SCM modules (Purchasing, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Sales, Distribution, and Supply Planning).
• Analyze client supply chain processes and translate requirements into ERP solutions.
• Support the full implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering to go-live.
• Configure SCM ERP functions and conduct system testing and UAT.
• Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer.
• Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and training materials.
• Coordinate with project managers, finance consultants, technical consultants, developers, and client stakeholders.
• Track tasks and ensure delivery according to schedules.
