NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Managed Services Engineer (L1) to monitor client IT infrastructure and ensure services stay operational. You will identify incidents, investigate first-line tickets, and resolve issues per SOPs while contributing to continuous improvement.

You will be involved in monitoring, incident resolution, and knowledge sharing, with opportunities to support projects and disaster recovery activities as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
• Experience with ITSM ticketing and incident management.
• Familiarity with VPNs and firewall technologies.
• Willingness to work extended hours when required.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate across cultures.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor client infrastructure and resolve incidents.
• Investigate first-line tickets and determine root causes.
• Follow SOPs and update knowledge bases.
• Coordinate with teams for incident resolution and changes.
• Identify optimization and automation opportunities.
• Support disaster recovery tests when needed.
