Responsibilities

• Reconcile ocean freight invoices, check cost details and follow up on billing discrepancies.
• Maintain reconciliation records and submit reconciliation sheets on schedule.
• Coordinate with forwarders and follow up on collection of invoices and documents.
• Support shipment and document work, get familiar with import & export processes.
• Complete other relevant tasks assigned by supervisor.
