Pt Oktri Syarief Grup in Jakarta is seeking an Import & Customs Operations Staff to support our logistics and import processes. The role requires hands-on experience in freight forwarding and a solid understanding of Indonesian import-export regulations.

You will review PIB and other customs documents, coordinate with PPJK, freight forwarders, and warehouses, and monitor shipments to ensure timely, compliant clearance. Strong coordination, problem solving, and English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma required.
• Minimum 5 years in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian import-export regulations.
• Experience reviewing PIB and customs documents.
• Based in Jakarta with close commuting time preference.

Responsabilités

• Review and verify import documentation, including PIB.
• Coordinate with PPJK, freight forwarders, and customs authorities.
• Monitor import/export shipments for compliance.
• Liaise with warehouses for goods receiving and deliveries.
• Ensure all import/export documentation is complete and compliant.
• Follow up on shipment status and resolve operational issues.
• Communicate with internal departments and service providers.
• Maintain records and reports related to customs operations.
