Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Staff Universal Banker in Palembang to deliver outstanding service and introduce banking products to customers’ queries. You will support product promotions, help clients access digital banking, and assist with daily branch operations to ensure a smooth customer experience.

This role invites fresh graduates, with a preference for candidates who communicate well, speak English, and are computer-literate.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree, Fresh graduates are welcome.
Good communication skill.
Proficiency in English and Computer Literate.
Able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

To provide excellent service through introducing appropriate bank services / products to customers' queries.
To perform other operational duties and work as support function.
Offer a number of product promos and existing products directly to customers.
Conducting HSBC's cross sell product to existing customers.
Directs and informs the product digitally and provides technical guidance for accessing the system (digital).
Implement administrative follow-up process on products approved by customers.
Record and follow up any complaints submitted by the customer.
Managing the operational risk in relation to activities and relationships with customers in accordance with prevailing rules and procedures.
