Job summary

Sun Life Indonesia is seeking an experienced talent leader to shape and deliver our enterprise talent, succession, learning and capability agenda. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will collaborate with the Senior Management Team to strengthen leadership pipelines and translate regional frameworks into Indonesia-focused solutions.

You will govern multi-year strategies, oversee succession readiness, develop differentiated leadership portfolios and provide trusted talent

Qualifications

Typically 10–15 years of progressive experience across talent management, succession, capability, leadership development or learning.
Demonstrated ownership of enterprise talent portfolios including executive facilitation and people leadership.
Experience translating regional or global frameworks into effective market solutions and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Set and govern enterprise talent, succession, learning and capability strategy, roadmap and investment priorities.
Lead critical-role identification, succession reviews and readiness assessments.
Create differentiated leadership portfolios with measures of learning transfer and business impact.
Translate capability gaps into build/buy/borrow recommendations to support future workforce needs.
Provide trusted talent intelligence, dashboards and evidence-based recommendations to executives.
